Memories for Tomorrow is currently a beta product. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed as the service develops. These terms are informational and are not legal advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the service lawfully, providing accurate account information, respecting the privacy of relatives and recipients, and granting family access only to people you trust.

Family content ownership

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You give the service permission to store, process, display, and deliver that content only as needed to operate the features you use.

You should upload content only when you have the right and permission to do so, particularly when it includes other people or sensitive family information.

Prohibited content and behavior

You may not use the service to:

• Upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Violate another person's privacy or intellectual property.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent authorization.
• Attempt to bypass security, access another family's private archive, or disrupt the service.
• Distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent messages.

Account security

Keep your sign-in credentials and private invitation or recipient links secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should report suspected unauthorized access.

Service availability

The beta is provided on an as-available basis. Interruptions, errors, data loss, and feature changes are possible. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or permanent availability during beta. Keep independent backups of irreplaceable content.

Access and enforcement

Access may be limited or removed when needed to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with applicable requirements, or maintain the service.
